In 1977 Ken and Laima met at George Harvey Secondary High School. They have been a team ever since. Laima focused her post education in business and Ken in engineering sales. After extensive continued education and training in their respective fields they decided to focus on starting their own business. One day Ken signed up for the Real Estate course mainly because of the interest Laima had in new homes, ” it was just another course” says Ken, but after earning their licences decided to sell real estate as a new career. They wanted to see how they could help people transfer properties since their side interest had been buying, renovating and selling homes. They earned a keen eye on what is required to make a property attractive to a buyer. Their personal experience and street education gave them an edge. On January 1, 1990 they started selling real estate in Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo region of Ontario.

During the first week in their new business they listed and sold a property for a new client and have sold over 2000 real estate transactions since. Helping people move on…whether you’re buying or selling, is more than just a real estate transaction. “We have the opportunity to help families upgrade the circumstances of their lives and make great friend in the process” says Laima. They have been fortunate in meeting so many clients which turn into friends. Their track record speaks for itself. “To wake up every day, and help people…what could be better” says Ken and Laima.
